HEALTH COACHING
Individualized 1:1 coaching designed to empower individuals to make, healthy lifestyle and diet changes. Our goal is to make it as simple as it can be. Our approach is straight forward because we know you live a busy stressful life as it is. We don't need to cut out everything you eat or make your life even more challenging. We want you to enjoy eating and drinking. We use tried and true methods that address the root cause but also work on the symptoms in the meantime. Encouraging our clients in their healing journey makes health fun and exciting again as opposed to a challenging ordeal that leaves them burnt out and depressed. What we focus on is: Microbiome/Gut, Liver, Emotional Stress/Trauma, Toxins (Parasites, Dental, Heavy Metals, Chemical Exposures, Environmental, Etc.), and Nutritional Deficiencies
LIVE BLOOD MICROSCOPY
Live blood microscopy is a way of looking at a single drop of your fresh blood under a high-powered microscope, with the image projected onto a screen so you can see it in real time alongside the practitioner. What makes it different from regular lab work is that the blood is still alive when we look at it. It hasn’t been spun down, stained, or chemically fixed. We’re watching the cells move, the plasma between them, the shape and quality of the red and white cells — everything as it actually is inside you in that moment. It’s not a diagnosis. It’s a window. A way of seeing patterns and indicators — over fifty of them — that can point toward what’s happening with hydration, oxidation, inflammation, mineral status, immune activity, and more. The picture it gives you is a starting place, a set of clues about where to look next.
HOME DETOX
We go through your whole house one room at a time. We clean up what could be the root cause of your toxic terrain. We look at EMF exposure with my EMF meter along with dirty electricity. Toxins can be hiding in furniture, cosmetics, clothing, cutting boards, mattresses, blankets, etc. You will receive a plan for each room and protocol.
DR. TENNANTS BIOMODULATOR AND BIOTRANSDUCER
These two devices work synergistically. The BioTransducer corrects the polarity of the cells. When there is dis-ease there is a problem with the polarity. We can check polarity with out microscope as well. The BioModulator is a device that puts voltage back into the cells once we have the polarity corrected. We can use this FDA approved SCENAR device for pain management, dental problems, wrinkles, sagging skin, fatigue, and more. We are even able to re-set the nervous system with this technology. Every dis-ease is from low voltage in the cells and a reversed polarity. The effects of these machines have been well studied. We use the newest model.
MEDICAL GRADE OZONE
Ozone is a form of oxygen that has shown to be effective for a myriad of conditions. It is a gas consisting of three oxygen (O) atoms bound together. This gas can be used externally on the skin in the form of an ozonated olive oil. It is used in ozonated water for colds, flus, sore throats, dental problems, digestive dysbiosis and chronic conditions. We also have found ozone insufflation to be effective for sinus problems. Our ozone machine is from PromoZone.

Custom blends created by our herbalist using therapeutic-grade European oils. Most essential oils are laden with chemicals while ours are carefully selected from all over the globe based on purity, quality, and strength. We use AromaTherapyInternational Oils. Our health coach/clinical herbalist has several certifications in the European style of blending and using essential oils. We offer custom blends for our members depending on their needs.
CUSTOM HERBAL COMPOUNDS
Our apothecary consists of local or responsibly harvested herbs without chemicals or pesticides. Our herbalist creates custom bespoke blends for specific needs. We use organic grain alcohol to distill our extracts and add reverse osmosis water. We use olive or avocado oil in our body care products and infused oils. We never use seed oils and we source our oils organically.
SUPPLEMENTS
A curated selection of the supplements, herbals, and skincare we actually use — chosen for quality, sourcing, and formulation. We don't just offer any supplements but we sift through to make sure they meet our highest standards. We are never going to suggest you use anything less than excellent quality without the use of chemicals, toxic binders, heavy metals, etc. We carry Global Healing detoxes such as kidney, colon, heavy metal, parasite, and liver/gallbladder flush's. They make detoxing easy with a simple how to guide with each cleanse and an excellent customer service line. They do not use any fillers and the quality exceeds the USDA organic standards. Global Healing uses high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) as part of their testing process to ensure the purity and quality of their products. This method helps identify any adulterants, fillers, or unwanted plant species in their ingredients.
