·
With your explicit consent — for example, if you ask the practitioner to communicate with your physician, family member, or another provider on your behalf
·
With trusted service providers bound by confidentiality — such as scheduling software, payment processors, or email services that handle data only to support the practice’s operations ·
When required by law — in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation, or when necessary to protect the safety of you or another person
You will never receive a marketing message or have your information shared as a result of having entered into a wellness consultation.
