A Different
Approach to Wellness

Floral Botanical Medicine was created from a simple belief: people deserve the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their health.

In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, endless health trends, and one-size-fits-all solutions. At Floral Botanical Medicine, we believe there is a better way: one rooted in education, thoughtful guidance, and personalized care.

As a Private Membership Association, Floral Botanical Medicine was built to foster a community where members feel supported, respected, and empowered to explore wellness through herbal medicine and lifestyle education in a private setting.

Meet Ava

My passion for herbal medicine didn’t begin in a classroom, it began with family.

Growing up in a family that valued nature, regenerative agriculture, and herbal traditions, I developed an early appreciation for the connection between plants and well-being. My father’s work, along with my heritage, instilled a deep respect for the natural world and inspired my lifelong interest in herbal medicine.

That curiosity eventually led me to study clinical herbalism, nutritional microscopy, detoxification, and modern wellness technologies. Today, I combine those experiences to help members better understand their health through education, personalized guidance, and thoughtfully selected wellness tools.

When I’m not working with members, you’ll likely find me experimenting with new herbal formulations, creating in the kitchen, exploring interior design and vintage fashion, enjoying the golf course, or continuing my education through conferences and advanced coursework.
