Floral Botanical Medicine operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA), allowing us to offer our wellness services within a private member community rather than the public marketplace. This creates a more personal relationship where care, education, services, and pricing are shared directly with members instead of being publicly advertised.
This private structure is built upon the principle of voluntary association, allowing like-minded individuals to choose how they engage in their wellness journey. Joining is simple, confidential, and completely free—requiring only a few minutes to review and sign the Membership Agreement.

A PMA is a private group of like-minded people who agree to associate and exchange counsel, care, products, and services with one another — think of it like a private club. Because we operate in the private domain, our services and pricing are offered only to members and aren’t listed or advertised to the general public.

Operating privately lets us care for one another member-to-member, in a personal and confidential setting, based on free choice. Operating as a PMA allows Floral Botanical Medicine to build direct, private relationships with members while offering personalized wellness education, services, and products outside of the traditional public healthcare model.

No. There's no membership fee — only a few minutes spent reading and signing the agreement. Service and product pricing is shared once you're a member.

By signing, you’re saying that you: join voluntarily and agree with our mission; keep all of your rights and waive none; choose your own care and take responsibility for your decisions; understand this is a member-to-member relationship, not provider-patient; agree to follow the association’s simple rules; and may leave at any time, as may the association.

No. Within the association, members who offer assessments, care, or products do so as fellow members — not as licensed public providers — and no provider-patient relationship is created. It is a private, member-to-member relationship.

You are. You’re free to consider any guidance offered, educate yourself on its benefits and risks, and decide what feels right for you. In joining, you agree to hold fellow members and the association harmless for the outcomes you choose.

No. The agreement is built on the principle that your unalienable rights remain fully intact — it does not ask you to waive them. You’re simply choosing to interact privately, as a member, rather than as a public customer or patient.

Yes. Privacy is central to how the association works. Your records and conversations stay private and are never publicly listed or shared.

Any eligible adult — or business entity — regardless of race, color, or religion, who reads and sincerely agrees with these principles and hasn’t been sanctioned or banned by the association. Membership is simply a matter of genuine agreement with the mission.

Yes — by either side, at any time. You may leave with written notice. The association may also end a membership if someone acts in a way contrary to its principles or to the well-being of its members, or if we feel it is not the best fit.

If any part doesn’t sit right with you, there’s no obligation to join. If you’re already a member and wish to step away, simply send written notice to hello@floralbotanicalmedicine.com.
