Section 4. Membership Application 

The following membership interests shall be incorporated into these bylaws and shall be applicable to all association members whether membership request was express or implied;

By joining Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA, a private, unenfranchised, unregistered association of free-thinking men and women, and/or any websites or social media group(s) started by, created by, or organized by Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA or designee(s), I am in agreement with the following:  

1. I am in agreement with the mission and am voluntarily joining in this association. I am in agreement with and voluntarily join in the mission of this private association of members to freely and confidently participate in a platform where I may conduct all lawful manners of private business with other association members and with other associations therein, as well as with their association members, keeping all business in the private domain, between men and women in such private capacity, recognizing and delighting in my reserved, unalienable rights from my Creator to do so, and, lesser, utilizing the protections granted to We the People in the Constitution for the united States of America and the 50 state constitutions, to conduct all manners of lawful business in private without infringement of fictitious entities;

1. I am sovereign and have God-given rights that cannot be taken away. I believe and assert I have unalienable rights that are inherent, sovereign, and natural, that existed before the creation of the State, and which, being antecedent to and above the State, can never be taken away, diminished, altered, or levied by the State.  Nor can any unalienable right be fundamentally removed or waived by contract, whether by non-disclosure, which is fraud and unenforceable in Law, or knowingly by sufferance, which is contrary to the Spirit of the Law and prejudicial to Sovereignty. Some of these rights include, but are in no means limited to, the Right to:

1. 1. Life, freedom, health and the pursuit of happiness

   2. Contract, or not to contract, which is unlimited

   3. Earn a living by being compensated, by whatever agreed upon means, in fair exchange for one’s work and to keep the gains of industry

   4. Travel in the ordinary course of one’s life and business

   5. Privacy and confidentiality, free from unwarranted invasion

   6. Own, hold, dispose of property, lawfully without trespass

g. Self-Defense when threatened with harm, loss, or deceit

• Due process of law, with notice and opportunity to defend

• Presumed innocence, suffering no detention or arrest, no search or seizure

• Remain silent when accused, to avoid self-incrimination

• Equality in the eyes of the law 

• Trial by jury, being an impartial panel 

• Appeal in law against conviction or sentence, or both

• To expose knowledge necessary to one’s rights and freedoms

• Peaceful association, assembly, expression, and protest

• Practice a religion, and to have beliefs, of one’s choosing

• Love, and to consensual marriage as a family

• Security from abuse, persecution, tyranny, and war

• Refuse to kill under command, by reason of conscience

• Live in peace and be left alone when law-abiding

• To cultivate, harvest, store, trade, barter and/or use for one’s own purposes, any and all organic substances which will grow naturally upon the Earth

I believe and assert I have the reserved right to exercise all other unalienable rights given to me by God and that I may live as I please as long as I do not harm another- not just because the Constitutions outline them as the rights the government has been entrusted to protect for me, but because I declare it for myself; I believe and assert that I have the right to gather together with others and to contract privately for lawful purposes; this means that all our association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction, taxation, and regulation of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law; 

1. I can decide for myself who I want to contract with. Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA declares the basic right of all of association members to decide for themselves which association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to, physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health care assistance, and any other matter, and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, etc. whom I feel are able to properly advise and assist me; by joining this association, I understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered by my fellow members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, and desirability of same and the acceptance of the offered recommendations, diagnoses, therapy, treatment and care, etc.;  it is my own free will and an exercise of my rights to do so and I am in agreement to hold the member(s) and other worker members and the association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such care, except for harm that results for instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the association; since this association is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state agencies and authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the association, and Trustee(s), members and other associated persons; all rights of complaint will be settled by an association committee, and adjudication otherwise will be waived by the member for the benefit of the association and its members; 

1. I am in agreement to be a self-governing, private member on equal standing with all other members. Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA members expect the freedom to choose for ourselves the products and services we associate with and activities to perform, as well as the types of therapies and treatments and service that we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness; by joining this association, I acknowledge an understanding that fellow members of the association who provide diagnosis, therapy, treatment and care, products, screening, assessments, etc., do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity as a licensed health care provider; I acknowledge understanding that no provider-patient relationship exists but only a private contract member-member relationship; the same principle applies in any other area or with any other kind of publicly licensed professional- they are not using or acting within the scope of their “public licenses” in this private membership association capacity- they are only other private members; in addition, I acknowledge that I am freely choosing to change my legal status/character as a public patient/customer/client to a private member of the association while interacting within its domain(s); 

1. I am in agreement with following the rules of this association. Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA will provide a private forum to conduct business between members in the private domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforementioned constitutions remaining fully intact; I am in agreement with cooperatively participating in this association, to align with the mission, and to follow all rules as outlined; Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA will recognize any eligible man, woman, or business entity, natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this association or any website/social media group organized, created, or managed by this association and are in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this association providing said person has not been sanctioned or banned by the president/administrator, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may assemble for their common good, actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared;

1. The member or the PMA leadership may terminate membership at any time. Membership to this association, “Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA,” and any of its affiliated groups may be terminated by the Trustee(s), or their designee(s), at any time, should he or she conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this association; membership may also be terminated at any time by the member with written notice; no refund of membership dues, if applicable, will be returned in either termination case; 

I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or promises; I affirm that I do not represent any state or federal agency whose purpose is to observe or regulate the activities of this association; I have read and understood this document;

I agree this contract began on the date of my joining “Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA” or any other association designated within or authorized by the association bylaws; I declare that by joining this association and/or the association’s social media group(s), I have 

carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with its terms and conditions;  membership in this association is to be construed as implied agreement of membership; I also accept that, should I disagree or wish to disengage with any part of these articles or bylaws and agreement, I will immediately provide written notice of termination of my membership here: floralbotanicalmedicine@gmail.com.
