Section 3. Conflict Resolution
Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA, an unregistered, unenfranchised private membership association, provides a platform for all association members to conduct any manner of lawful business as private men or women or business entities in the private domain, with each other via private contract as a private business matter and strictly outside of public commerce, keeping private business in the private domain;
as a lawfully formed, constitutionally protected, private membership association (PMA), any and all matters of dispute between members of the association remain in the private and are not subject to regulation, decision, rule, jurisdiction or authority of any outside authority, agency, unit, or other public governing entity;
in the event of dispute between the PMA and a member, or between members of the PMA, Floral Botanicals Medicine PMA, the Trustees(s) or their designee(s) or designated group(s), retain(s) all authority to settle disputes or to appoint an authority to settle disputes; in addition to damages, if any, the bill for dispute resolution services, if necessary, shall be paid by the party who is determined to have committed the offense in dispute;
